Luigi Maddaloni
During my youth I played at Grasshoppers Zürich up to under 17, then a few years in the first and second league. A kneed injury and professional commitments then forced me to stop playing football.
Luckily my son and daughter share my same passion for this sport and therefore I spend as much time as before on the football field.
Thanks to my daughter, who is very ambitious and always sets herself very high goals for football, it has become very important for me to commit myself to women’s football and its promotion.
Filip Mihajlovic
I joined the U16 team at FCZ when I was 14, had opportunities to transfer, but back then, I wasn’t ready. After some family problems and a very serious knee injury, I had to quit football.
Unfortunately, at that time, I didn’t have support or someone to tell me that giving up was not an option. There was no one to push me, help me progress, or show me new opportunities.
I then seized the chance to work as a scout and player advisor at Maddaloni Sports Agency. I made a promise to myself to always support and guide all of our players on their way to professional football.
